Types of Charts

The RPA dashboard helps to track the status of all the processes. There are multiple charts available on the dashboard to monitor the progress of the process:

Status Pie Chart

The categories of status displayed are In Progress, Pending, Failed, and Completed.

Priority Pie Chart

The categories of priorities of each process presented in a pie chart are Low, Medium, and High.

Process Pie Chart

The execution time percentage of the processes is displayed in a pie chart. When you hover over the slice, the process name and the execution time percentage are displayed.

Execution Time Line Graph

It displays the total count of processes executed on a specific date. The X-axis represents the date range, whereas, the Y-axis represents the total number of processes in a line graph.

On hover, the data point shows the total number of processes executed by the robots on the specified date.

Execution Details

The execution details help to monitor all the processes.

By default, only the first five records are displayed per page. To view more records, select 10 or 50 from the drop-down list of records.

The Execution Details have an option to view the Audit Logs of a process.

  1. Click the audit logs icon for any process.

The Audit Logs for the process will be displayed on a new page.
  2. To go back to the Dashboards page, click Back to Dashboard.

You can sort the records in the Execution Details by the columns Machine, Process, Priority, Status, Started, Ended, and Scheduled By.
